3rd Shift Maintenance Technician

Location: Manitowoc, Wisconsin, United States of America; onsite, 3rd shift from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., Monday through Friday.

Hourly pay: $42.00–$45.00 per hour plus a $1.00 per hour shift premium. A $5,000 hiring bonus is also offered.

What you will do

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Diagnose robotic arms, CNC equipment, vision systems, PLCs, and industrial automation.
• Fabricate and repair custom fixtures and tooling for production operations.
• Maintain HVAC, lighting, boilers, compressed air, and other building systems.
• Respond to maintenance requests from office and non-manufacturing areas.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Functional knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, industrial automation, and robotic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics.
• Familiarity with CMMS systems and basic computer skills.
• Basic welding, machining, and fabrication skills.
• Ability to perform physical labor, work in confined spaces and at heights, bend, kneel, and crawl, and lift up to 50 pounds.
