TL;DR
Analyst, Growth & Retention Analytics (SQL/Data Visualization): Analyzing acquisition campaign performance, customer value, and user behavior across the conversion funnel with an accent on KPI development, data extraction, and insight generation. Focus on building benchmarks, detecting performance risks, and identifying growth and retention opportunities through marketing analytics.

What you will do
- Analyze acquisition campaign performance across acquisition costs, customer value, and conversion-funnel behavior.
- Collaborate with Growth Marketing Performance and Retention teams to identify improvement opportunities.
- Extract data, create KPIs, and develop high-quality insights and recommendations.
- Build benchmarks for KPI monitoring, expectation alignment, and results analysis.
- Detect risks and performance gaps, then support solutions that drive growth.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar analytics role.
- Advanced studies or a graduate degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong SQL skills using Microsoft SQL, Snowflake, or similar tools.
- Experience with data exploration and visualization tools such as Looker, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Advanced English proficiency required.
- Experience using AI tools and best practices to identify insights, generate recommendations, and improve business outcomes.
Nice to have
- Experience with R or Python for statistical programming.
- Experience in Performance Marketing and CRM.
