Decision Analytics Senior Analyst (Pharmaceutical Access)

What you will do

• Lead research engagements on reimbursement dynamics, prior authorization, step therapy, prescribing, and patient access.
• Develop pricing and access strategy recommendations using payer intelligence, competitive dynamics, and product value narratives.
• Design custom analyses in R, Tableau, SAS, SQL, Visual Basic, and Excel.
• Manage project workstreams end-to-end, including research design, recruitment, fieldwork, analysis, and deliverables.
• Present findings and project updates to clients and internal teams while developing client relationships.
• Guide and mentor Associates and advance problem-solving capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree with strong quantitative and analytical coursework.
• 3+ years of post-collegiate consulting experience in market access, payer strategy, or reimbursement research serving the pharmaceutical industry.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical pricing, including WAC, net pricing, contracting, and value-based arrangements.
• Strong oral and written communication, attention to detail, organization, self-discipline, and collaborative problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Ability to obtain work authorization for the intended country of employment is required.
