Business Technology Solutions - Analyst

Location: Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, Argentina. Hybrid working model combining work from home with on-site presence at client or hirify.global offices. Client-facing work may require travel.

What you will do

• Collaborate with internal and client teams to deliver and implement technology solutions for critical business problems.
• Analyze business challenges and translate requirements into effective technical designs.
• Design and implement technical features using the relevant technology stack and development best practices.
• Support technology solution development and ensure timely, effective problem-solving for client engagements.
• Apply agile, waterfall, system integration testing, client review, QA, and unit testing practices.
• Help create project implementation plans and accurately interpret business requirements with development teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s studies in Business Intelligence, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field, with strong academic performance.
• Strong foundation in RDBMS concepts, SQL, and programming languages such as Python and Spark.
• Understanding of structured data processing, algorithms, data structures, business intelligence, and data engineering.
• Exposure to AWS, Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to business and technical audiences.
• Fluency in English and authorization to work in Argentina are required.

Nice to have

• 0–2 years of relevant experience delivering small-to-medium-scale technology solutions.
• Industry certifications in relevant data and cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with Medallion architecture, lakehouse and data lake concepts, unstructured data processing, and GenAI-powered productivity tools.
• Knowledge of web development fundamentals, frontend frameworks, APIs, web services, or business process engineering.
