Decision Analytics - Analyst

Location: Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, Argentina. Hybrid working model combining work from home with on-site presence at client or hirify.global offices for most of the week. Travel is required for client-facing work.

What you will do

• Develop and apply advanced statistical models to help clients understand dynamic business issues.
• Use analytical techniques and data to support client and internal decision-making.
• Design and execute custom analyses using R, Tableau, SAS, Visual Basic, and Excel.
• Synthesize findings and communicate results through written and oral presentations.
• Create project deliverables, implement solutions, and provide project status updates.
• Build client communication skills and guide or mentor Associates on project teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in any discipline, with strong academic performance in quantitative or analytical coursework.
• Up to 3 years of relevant post-collegiate experience.
• Fluent English is required.
• Knowledge of programming, such as Java, Python, or R.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language or analytical tool such as R, SAS, Tableau, or VBA.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, organization, teamwork, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
