Decision Analytics - Senior Analyst

Location: Ciudad Autonoma de Buenos Aires, Argentina. Hybrid working model combining work from home with on-site presence at client locations or hirify.global offices for the majority of the week. Travel is required for client-facing work.

What you will do

• Develop and apply advanced statistical models to address client business problems and generate actionable insights.
• Use analytical techniques and data to guide client and internal decision-making.
• Design custom analyses using R, Tableau, SAS, Visual Basic, and Excel.
• Synthesize and communicate analytical results through written and oral presentations.
• Manage client relationships, project deliverables, status updates, and solution implementation.
• Guide and mentor Associates while contributing to problem-solving and capability development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in any discipline, with strong quantitative and analytical coursework such as statistics, data science, econometrics, operations research, applied mathematics, management science, or engineering.
• 2–4 years of relevant post-collegiate experience; a PhD may substitute for work experience.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong oral and written communication, attention to detail, planning, organization, adaptability, and emotional intelligence.
• Ability to work collaboratively, demonstrate initiative, and maintain a client-first approach.
• Ability to work in the hybrid model and travel as needed for client-facing projects.
