Quality Supervisor (Rotate Shift) | Electrification – Juarez Plant

Location: Onsite in Juarez, Nuevo León, Mexico; full-shift supervision with rotating shifts as necessary

What you will do

• Support deployment of the quality strategy, including quality culture, systems, tools, and team capabilities.
• Allocate resources, plan capacity, and coordinate testing activities to meet inspection and production targets.
• Execute quality testing for equipment and products while supporting on-time delivery.
• Identify testing-process deficiencies and lead improvement actions.
• Resolve critical product and equipment issues with quality specialists and internal teams.
• Lead, organize, motivate, and develop blue-collar employees while ensuring compliance with quality and HSE requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; an engineering background is desired.
• 3–5 years of experience in similar positions.
• Leadership, interpersonal, team-management, and communication skills for coordinating a group of more than 20 blue-collar employees.
• Ability to analyze assembly-process issues using RCA, A3, DMAIC, and 8D methodologies.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic English.
• Availability for full-shift supervision and rotating shifts when necessary.
