What you will do

• Develop vehicle program quality plans covering Voice of Customer, initial, long-term, and design quality metrics.
• Monitor progress toward quality goals through global process assessments, issue containment, and countermeasure implementation.
• Partner with the Chief Engineer to establish priorities and organizational discipline.
• Lead Program Quality and Readiness Reviews and Quality Councils to assess risks, readiness, and customer requirements.
• Facilitate Quality Wall Reviews during PPO and integration vehicle builds and manage captured test-fleet issues.
• Drive JD Power and warranty improvement initiatives and prepare program updates for Product Development Quality Leadership.

Requirements

• Ability to work onsite full-time in Silao, Guanajuato, Mexico.
• Strong independent judgment, creativity, and initiative.
• Experience monitoring quality targets, containing issues, and implementing corrective actions.
• Ability to lead cross-functional quality reviews, councils, and readiness activities.
• GM immigration sponsorship is not available for this role.
