ESS, Finance Business Partner - Partnerships

Location: United States; remote position

Salary: $157,667–$283,801 base pay, plus variable pay opportunity

What you will do

• Provide financial guidance to Partnerships leaders on revenue, margin, investment, partner economics, and commercial priorities.
• Oversee financial performance for more than $30M in global product partnership revenue across regions.
• Identify opportunities to improve partnership margins, commercial terms, and financial returns.
• Evaluate partner performance, contractual commitments, risks, and financial value, recommending corrective actions.
• Build forecasting, reporting, and accountability processes connecting channel partnership revenue with regional plans and targets.
• Represent Finance in new channel, product, AI, and technology partnership deals and develop financial models and decision inputs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive finance experience, including finance business partnering.
• Experience in technology, SaaS, commercial, or partnership-driven environments.
• Experience building models covering revenue, margin, costs, investments, risks, and financial returns.
• Experience evaluating contractual commitments, commercial terms, and partnership economics.
• Experience supporting senior leaders and cross-functional teams in complex or global organizations.
