Senior Technical Success Manager (Observability)

Location: Field-based role in Arlington, Virginia; Atlanta, Georgia; Chicago, Illinois; Houston, Texas; Miami, Florida; or New York City, New York, USA, with travel required

What you will do

• Own customer onboarding, adoption, technical success, and post-sales relationships.
• Lead the adoption, optimization, and integration of hirify.global across enterprise customer environments.
• Forecast customer consumption and maintain documentation of opportunities, account plans, and successes.
• Partner with Sales on service upsells and contract renewals.
• Represent customer needs to Product and Engineering and support new product directions.
• Travel to support customers in this field-based role.

Requirements

• 5+ years of pre-sales or post-sales experience in the software industry.
• 3+ years of pre-sales or post-sales experience with enterprise customers.
• Strong technical background with a sales and customer-oriented approach.
• Experience or interest in performance monitoring for infrastructure, applications, web, mobile, or user experience.
• Ability to maintain current project plans and documentation and learn new technologies.
• Fluent English and availability for a field-based role in the listed US locations.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Java, .NET, Ruby, C, Python, Node.js, or Golang.
• Exposure to Kubernetes, containers, microservices, DevOps, or CI/CD.
• Experience with iOS and Android mobile platforms and architectures.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent qualification.
