Senior Program Manager, Marketplace

What you will do

• Support cross-functional programs for users, studio partners, and business growth.
• Design and launch beta tests, evaluate results, and scale successful ideas.
• Translate business goals into actionable frameworks and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with data scientists, sales, marketing, product, revenue operations, and business leaders.
• Manage timelines, resources, trade-offs, working groups, and blockers across multiple initiatives.
• Facilitate decisions in ambiguous areas through structured thinking, experimentation, and measurable results.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in management consulting, private equity, venture capital, operations, or strategic planning at a technology company.
• Ability to connect high-level strategy with measurable business impact.
• Strong business judgment and presentation skills, including the ability to explain complex ideas to diverse audiences.
• Hands-on experience with data analysis and test design.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to accelerate analysis or automate work.

Nice to have

• Experience in a rapidly scaling business.
• Familiarity with SQL, Looker, or Tableau.
• Deep understanding of B2B and/or B2C business models.
• eCommerce experience.
