Principal, Program Management (Logistics Operation Center)

hirify.global operates an e-commerce platform and logistics services, including next-day delivery in Taiwan and international delivery from Korea, the U.S., and other markets.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end logistics programs across first-, middle-, and last-mile operations; define scope, OKRs, and execution plans.
• Manage the Korea-to-Taiwan reporting transition and build unified end-to-end operational visibility.
• Improve promised delivery date and operational performance by identifying defects and bottlenecks across logistics centers, hubs, linehaul, and sortation teams.
• Build Tableau and Power BI dashboards, translating insights into actions, ownership, and SOP changes.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Finance, and hub teams to solve operational problems and provide structured recommendations.
• Run network and volume simulations, manage risks and mitigation plans, and lead communication and change adoption.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in program or project management, or analytics-driven operations in logistics, e-commerce, or supply chain.
• Strong SQL and data-validation skills with proficiency in Tableau or Power BI.
• Structured problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills, with the ability to turn ambiguity into action.
• Executive-level writing and speaking skills, including the ability to influence without formal authority.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Supply Chain, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Understanding of first-, middle-, and last-mile operations, hubs, linehaul, routing, and promised delivery dates.
• Hands-on Python or statistical-tools experience, plus strong skills in Sheets, Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Strong English; Mandarin or Korean is a plus.
