TL;DR
Business Operation Trainee (Business Operations): Supporting development program organization, leadership assistance, event administration, provider coordination, and invoicing with an accent on process accuracy and sustainable operational solutions. Focus on organizing organizational and teambuilding events, maintaining billing documentation, and shaping business processes and dashboards.
Location: Budapest, Hungary. Remote work is available only within Hungary due to European taxation regulations.

What you will do
- Administer organizational events accurately.
- Plan, develop, and organize organizational and teambuilding events.
- Coordinate with external providers and obtain suitable offers for business needs.
- Maintain and follow up on invoicing and billing documentation.
- Support the Leadership Team according to established processes.
- Contribute to improving processes and dashboards with innovative and sustainable solutions.
Requirements
- Currently studying for a degree in finance or economics.
- At least one year remaining on student status.
- Available to work at least 20 hours per week.
- Intermediate English is an advantage.
- Remote work is limited to candidates located within Hungary.
