Location: Alberta, Canada, with positions posted in Calgary and Edmonton. The role requires working in operating room settings, attending live patient procedures, variable hours, and up to 25% overnight travel within the territory.
Salary: CAD 65,000–103,500 per year, based on program year, discipline, degree, and experience.

What you will do
- Provide clinical support to physicians and healthcare providers during electrophysiology procedures using the CARTO 3 three-dimensional mapping system.
- Support the Biosense Webster portfolio, including diagnostic and ablation catheters, intra-cardiac echo catheters, and RF ablation generators.
- Serve as the clinical point of contact for hospital accounts, handling customer in-servicing, inventory management, and equipment troubleshooting.
- Deliver education and training on CARTO 3, cardiac anatomy, electrophysiology procedures, ablation techniques, and medical device use.
- Support new technology rollouts through staff training, customer presentations, and physician feedback collection.
- Manage account relationships with the Product Specialist to support business and market share objectives.
Requirements
- University degree in health sciences, engineering, or business, or a Cardiology Technologist diploma.
- At least one year of clinical, technical, or research experience in patient care, a hospital environment, or medical devices; educational placements and practicums are accepted.
- Ability and willingness to complete a comprehensive 12–16 month on-the-job training program covering the Biosense Webster portfolio, CARTO 3, cardiac anatomy, electrophysiology, RF ablation, and intra-cardiac echo.
- Willingness to work in operating rooms, attend live patient procedures, maintain focused support throughout procedures, and work variable hours.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% overnight within the territory, sometimes on short notice.
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record required to operate a company vehicle.
