Compliance Team Lead

Location: Houston, Texas, United States of America. Relocation will not be considered, and expatriate assignments are not available. Employment visa sponsorship is not available, and candidates on time-limited visa status will not be considered.

What you will do

• Lead and guide compliance analysts across Eurasia.
• Deploy and sustain corporate compliance policies and procedures across the region.
• Deliver compliance training and provide subject matter guidance to compliance professionals and business stakeholders.
• Advise business stakeholders on applying compliance requirements to real-time transactions and activities.
• Coordinate Compliance Committees, risk assessments, and representation letters.
• Facilitate investigations, Business Conduct and Ethics matters, corrective actions, and other sensitive issues.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Accountancy, Business, or Law.
• Postgraduate professional designation such as CPA, Chartered Accountant, or MBA.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar capacity or in a Big Four audit or consultancy environment.
• Experience deploying and maintaining compliance frameworks in large, complex enterprises.
• Working knowledge of anti-bribery and corruption, conflicts of interest, business conduct and ethics, U.S. antiboycott, international trade, and antitrust or competition law.
• Must be eligible for employment without visa sponsorship and must not require a time-limited visa.
