Compliance Senior Analyst - Temporary

Location: Regional Compliance Team position supporting teams in EMESA, NAMR, or AP; no specific candidate location stated.

What you will do

• Support regional compliance programs, including training rollouts, communications, presentations, meetings, and procedural activities.
• Evaluate complex clients and topics within the client and project acceptance process, escalating issues with Legal and senior leadership.
• Track local implementation of risk-mitigation measures and consolidate regional compliance reporting.
• Advise staff on compliance queries and coordinate with the appropriate compliance, Legal, Risk, Finance, and business teams.
• Identify compliance risks, validate data integrity, aggregate risk findings, and produce analysis and reports.
• Support project teams by identifying and documenting compliance considerations from project inception through delivery.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in BCG global services, compliance, audit, fraud examination, quality control, risk analysis, financial or banking institutions, professional services, consulting, or international business.
• Academic degree in a relevant discipline; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Experience in an international working environment and project management, preferably in compliance and ethics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, communication, research, and editorial skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; experience with Trello and exposure to Tableau or Power BI.
• Outstanding written and spoken English communication skills and a commitment to confidentiality.
