Ethics & Compliance Lead (AI)

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States; flexible hybrid working model with remote work supported. Eligibility to work in the United States is verified through E-Verify.

Salary: $83,200–$102,800 USD annual base salary

What you will do

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve a risk-based ethics and compliance strategy.
• Lead impartial investigations into non-compliance, unethical conduct, and Code of Conduct violations, using AI tools for efficiency and pattern detection.
• Draft and maintain policies covering the Code of Conduct, anti-corruption and anti-bribery, third-party risk, sanctions, conflicts of interest, and whistleblowing.
• Design compliance risk assessments and use AI-powered analytics to identify vulnerabilities, patterns, and control gaps.
• Advise Legal, Finance, Technology, HR, IT, Operations, and senior management on ABAC, third-party risk, business continuity, records retention, and sanctions.
• Build automated compliance workflows, scalable tools, and self-service knowledge resources that reduce manual effort.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience developing and managing ethics and compliance programs, conducting internal investigations, and leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; post-secondary diploma or degree required.
• Experience adopting SaaS platforms and AI tools, building workflow automations, and enabling self-service operations.
• Strong risk and control orientation, analytical and problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, communication, leadership, and collaboration abilities.
• Knowledge of evolving laws, regulations, industry standards, and compliance best practices in the technology sector.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
