Data & Operations Intern (Customer Success)

Location: Fully remote from Colombia; work from abroad is available for up to 12 weeks per year, including up to 4 consecutive weeks in LATAM or elsewhere.

What you will do

• Combine customer usage, support, and account data into a structured data foundation.
• Assess data history, identify gaps, and help define effective storage and organization approaches.
• Analyze customer behavior over time to identify churn, downgrades, and growth patterns.
• Explore customer segmentation and surface actionable retention and expansion insights.
• Monitor live AI tools, identify anomalies, and translate consultant feedback into categorized improvements.
• Maintain AI instructions, documentation, and knowledge-base coverage for ongoing team use.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a BSc or MSc in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, AI, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and technical instincts, with comfort using Excel, SQL, Python, or similar tools.
• Curiosity about data, automation, and AI, with initiative to identify and build improvements independently.
• Full-professional English proficiency is required for written and verbal communication.
• Ability to document data structures, analysis, and processes clearly.

Nice to have

• Experience with SaaS data such as subscriptions, usage, or churn.
• Experience with Domo or Salesforce.
• Interest in health, fitness, or workplace wellness.
