What you will do

• Collect and interpret customer data to identify trends, preferences, and pain points.
• Monitor KPIs related to customer satisfaction, engagement, and loyalty.
• Map end-to-end customer journeys to identify and implement optimization opportunities.
• Analyze feedback from surveys, interviews, and reviews to provide recommendations for product improvement.
• Create comprehensive reports and presentations to guide decision-making for stakeholders and management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement customer-centric strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Psychology, Anthropology, or a related field.
• 3 years of proven experience in data analysis, customer experience, or a related role.
• Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Local presence in Colombia.

Nice to have

• Master's degree.
• Previous experience in the gambling industry.
• Familiarity with customer journey mapping and UX/UI principles.
