Customer Experience Analyst (iGaming)

What you will do

• Collect, analyze, and interpret customer data to identify trends, preferences, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, engagement, and loyalty KPIs and generate actionable insights.
• Map end-to-end customer journeys and collaborate with UX/UI teams to optimize user interfaces and experiences.
• Analyze feedback from surveys, interviews, reviews, and support interactions.
• Create reports and presentations and communicate data-driven recommendations to stakeholders and management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement customer-centric strategies and initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Psychology, Anthropology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, customer experience, or a related role.
• Proficiency with Excel and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with customer journey mapping and UX/UI principles.
• Demonstrated AI-first mindset and practical use of AI tools and assistants in daily work.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Previous experience in the gambling industry.
