Project Manager (HVACR)

Location: Kennesaw, Georgia, USA; hybrid schedule with at least three days per week in the office and travel of up to 25%.

What you will do

• Manage small to mid-size technical projects from intake and initiation through closeout.
• Coordinate Field Service Managers, Technicians, Project Engineers, subcontractors, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, and other stakeholders.
• Track project scope, schedules, budgets, revenue, costs, margins, labor, materials, risks, forecasts, and documentation.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day customer contact, provide status updates, and escalate issues.
• Support controls, monitoring, commissioning, field service, and customer-site execution for food retail projects.
• Maintain PMO governance, project data, standard work, lessons learned, and continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in project coordination, project management, or technical field service environments.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement with at least three office days per week in Kennesaw, Georgia, and to visit customer sites as needed.
• Ability to travel up to 25% and support safety and compliance requirements in field environments.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not provided.

Nice to have

• 3–5+ years of experience supporting HVACR, controls, refrigeration, or technical services projects.
• Experience with food retail customers, PMO-driven environments, and standardized project controls.
• CAPM, PMP, or demonstrated project management proficiency.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
