What you will do

• Lead the overall regulatory compliance strategy and licensing footprint for Worldpay Gaming Solutions.
• Direct gaming license applications and renewals across state, tribal, and international jurisdictions.
• Act as the primary liaison with gaming control boards, regulators, legal experts, and government entities.
• Monitor, audit, and enforce compliance with gaming statutes, regulatory updates, local operational requirements, and card brand rules.
• Engage with regulators on proposed rules and help shape new regulated market frameworks.
• Balance commercial opportunities with compliance risk while managing strategic and day-to-day priorities.

Requirements

• At least 15 years of experience in gaming, gambling, or another highly regulated industry.
• Extensive experience working with regulators, regulatory agencies, government entities, and other participants in the gaming ecosystem.
• Expert negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to manage, influence, and direct multiple high-level projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of current regulated and unregulated gaming trends.
• Eligibility for personal gaming licenses across active and expansion jurisdictions, including willingness to undergo rigorous background investigations and disclose complete personal and financial history from age 18.
