Compliance Officer (Fintech)

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States; hybrid schedule with at least four full days per week in an hirify.global office

What you will do

• File regulatory and compliance reports accurately and on time.
• Assist with responses to regulatory inquiries.
• Document compliance procedures and support SEC and regulatory reviews.
• Address daily compliance issues related to trading strategies and technology controls.
• Assess, document, monitor, report, develop, coordinate, and implement compliance monitoring activities and ongoing testing.
• Collaborate with members of the global compliance team on regulatory reporting and control processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with the regulatory environment, including SEC, CFTC/NFA, and FINRA.
• Knowledge of the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Acts of 1934 and 1940.
• Knowledge of securities regulation within the financial services industry.
• Working knowledge of back-office operations and securities laws and regulations.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and trading systems such as Bloomberg or Charles River is advantageous.
