Senior Technical Programs Manager (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Serve as the primary account manager and point of contact for mission-driven clients.
• Lead client onboarding, regular check-ins, service delivery, and account coordination.
• Manage complex technical client service projects from scoping through execution, including requirements, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Coordinate internal teams, external stakeholders, priorities, capacity, and schedules.
• Partner with senior leaders and technical program managers to improve operational efficiency, scalability, documentation, and team capacity.
• Analyze client requests, identify patterns, and propose proactive solutions.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of professional experience and 3 years of account management experience.
• Experience working at or with a managed service provider.
• Demonstrated project management experience with complex, high-stakes deadlines and tools such as Monday.com, Asana, or Jira.
• Experience managing client relationships, simultaneous projects, cross-functional collaboration, and external stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including explaining technical and security concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Understanding of technology and digital security principles, experience leading teams and process improvements, and willingness to work outside normal business hours and travel as required.
