TL;DR
HRO Consultant I (UKG): Supporting clients with HR solutions and workflows in UKG Pro with an accent on HRIS configuration, consultative service, and client relationship management. Focus on advising customers, coordinating internal service teams, and delivering accurate client workflows while developing UKG and consulting expertise.

Location: Fully remote; travel as needed for client work. The company is based in Nashville, Tennessee.

Salary: $65,000–$80,000 base annually, with bonus potential.

What you will do

  • Learn and apply UKG Pro functionality to support client HR needs.
  • Serve as a primary client contact and provide consultative guidance on HR systems.
  • Build trusted client relationships and recommend effective UKG workflows.
  • Partner with internal specialists across multiple service areas to address customer needs.
  • Complete client workflows and deliverables accurately and on time according to standard procedures.

Requirements

  • Exposure to HRIS systems.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work fully remotely and travel as needed for client work.
  • Ability to develop consulting and outsourcing skills.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
  • Experience using UKG Pro.
  • Experience working in an HR department.
