TL;DR
Disaster Recovery IT Consultant I (ServiceNow): Supporting disaster recovery program operations through recovery plan development, testing coordination, compliance tracking, reporting, and ServiceNow BCM administration with an accent on documentation, recovery inventories, and audit readiness. Focus on maintaining DR plans and runbooks, coordinating testing and evidence collection, tracking remediation and risks, and validating CMDB data quality.
Location: Fully remote, but candidates must be near an office in Providence, Rhode Island; Allentown, Pennsylvania; or BOC, Kentucky
Salary: $55–$60 per hour on W-2

What you will do
- Provide operational and documentation support for the Disaster Recovery Program.
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans, runbooks, and test plans.
- Maintain ServiceNow BCM records and recovery inventories.
- Coordinate meetings, testing schedules, and evidence collection.
- Track remediation actions, risks, compliance metrics, and audit evidence.
- Perform CMDB validation and data quality analysis.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in IT, business continuity, disaster recovery, or IT governance.
- Strong documentation and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with disaster recovery concepts, infrastructure, cloud, and application environments.
- Experience with ServiceNow, SharePoint, Excel, and Microsoft 365 is preferred.
- Must be located near Providence, Rhode Island; Allentown, Pennsylvania; or BOC, Kentucky
