Senior Financial Analyst

What you will do

• Analyze and explain P&L variances against plan, forecast, and prior-year results.
• Develop financial models for forecasting, annual budgeting, long-range planning, and scenario analysis.
• Evaluate costs and profitability across products, customers, channels, and regions.
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for local and corporate leadership.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on strategic planning, capital investments, and business development.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities while improving reporting, planning processes, and analytical tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related discipline.
• Experience supporting business leaders through financial analysis and strategic decision-making.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, corporate finance, financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a multinational environment.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, Analysis for Office, and business intelligence tools.
