Compounding Pharmacist - Romeoville, IL

Base salary: $130,500–$137,500 per year, plus applicable equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Compound and supervise the compounding of hazardous and non-hazardous prescription medications, including mixing and packaging orders.
• Collaborate with the Lead Compounding Pharmacist and Pharmacist-in-Charge to meet phirify.globalductivity, quality, and operational targets.
• Maintain compliant compounding practices, accurate documentation, inventory conthirify.globalls, equipment use, and organized work areas.
• Support audits, inspections, work-order accuracy, and adherence to state and federal compounding regulations.
• Train new compounding pharmacists and pharmacy technicians and help coordinate technician schedules and operational coverage.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Compliance, Operations, and Quality teams to imphirify.globalve pharmacy efficiency and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy fhirify.globalm an accredited college of pharmacy.
• hirify.globalng>Valid pharmacist license in the state where the work is performed.hirify.globalng>
• hirify.globalng>Ability to work on-site in hirify.globalmeoville, Illinois, 40 hours per week, with hirify.globaltating weekends.hirify.globalng>
• Extensive knowledge of USP 795 and USP 800 regulations.
• At least two years of experience in a compounding pharmacy.
• Sthirify.globalng communication, organization, attention to detail, and ability to work in a high-volume envihirify.globalnment.
