Fulfillment Staff Pharmacist (Pharmacy)

Location: Onsite in Kent, Washington, United States. Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with on-call responsibilities.

Salary: $54–$91 per hour, depending on experience and geographic location. Eligible for an annual bonus plan.

What you will do

• Interpret prescriptions and contact prescribers or patients to verify prescription details.
• Compound and dispense medications in accordance with corporate and regulatory requirements.
• Verify prescription data and the validity of controlled substances.
• Provide oversight and quality assurance to pharmacy technicians.
• Track order status, resolve dispensing or order issues, and maintain production and service levels.
• Train pharmacists and technicians, back up other pharmacists, and support on-call operations.

Requirements

• Graduate of an ACPE-accredited school of pharmacy with a B.S. in Pharmacy or Pharm.D.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Current resident pharmacist license in good standing.
• Ability to read and interpret prescriptions and verify medication information accurately.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, meet tight deadlines, support peak-volume coverage, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
