Sr. Manager, AI Performance & Operations (AI)

Salary: $110,500–$173,500 per year

What you will do

• Embed with frontline teams and leaders to define interaction quality, identify breakdowns, and improve coaching practices.
• Own and improve high-volume voice and chat AI agents across Member Service, Specialty Care Coordination, Member Outreach, Sales, and related functions.
• Build AI-powered systems that evaluate millions of member interactions in real time for experience, safety, and outcomes.
• Create coaching workflows and visualizations that deliver actionable feedback and performance trends to representatives, team leads, and senior leaders.
• Scale successful quality and performance frameworks across teams, channels, and interaction types.
• Lead a small team of operators and agent builders while partnering with frontline leaders to drive adoption.

Requirements

• 4+ years in high-ownership operator roles such as startup strategy, business operations, consulting, or internal tooling product management.
• Experience directly managing, mentoring, or growing individuals or teams.
• Fluency with modern AI tools and platforms, including the ability to build and test working prototypes with real data and feedback.
• Strong data fluency, analytical judgment, systems thinking, and the ability to translate ambiguous data into clear quality insights.
• Ability to define structured quality criteria for human interactions and turn AI-generated insights into behavior change through coaching.
• Exceptional communication skills and ownership of outcomes from development through adoption.
