Senior Solution Architect (Agentic AI)

Location: US - Remote; travel up to 20% may be required.

Salary: $121,375–$132,190 per year in the United States, plus potential bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and guide the deployment of production-ready Agentic AI solutions for enterprise customers, especially Office of Finance workflows.
• Translate business, data, security, process, and control requirements into scalable AI/ML architectures and implementation plans.
• Prototype and implement AI agents and agentic workflows connecting LLMs, enterprise data, APIs, tools, applications, and automation platforms.
• Integrate solutions with hirify.global platforms, cloud data platforms, AI/ML services, and enterprise systems of record.
• Establish patterns for human oversight, access management, evaluation, observability, auditability, reliability, and responsible AI governance.
• Partner with customers, Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Professional Services to move solutions from discovery and proof of concept into production.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role and at least 3 years in enterprise AI/ML architecture focused on Agentic AI development and deployment.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise AI, data, analytics, or automation solutions for complex stakeholder environments.
• Hands-on experience with AI agents, agent orchestration, tool use, LLMs, RAG, API integrations, and production deployment.
• Knowledge of AI governance, security, evaluation, observability, model and prompt lifecycle management, human oversight, Python or similar languages, version control, CI/CD, and cloud-native deployment.
• Must be based in the United States for this remote role.

Nice to have

• Strong knowledge of hirify.global Designer, Server, and hirify.global One, or comparable enterprise analytics platforms.
• Experience with Office of Finance, accounting, banking, SOX-compliant, financial services, or other regulated business use cases.
• Experience with GCP, AWS, Azure, Snowflake, Databricks, or similar cloud and data platforms.
