VP Software Engineering, Asset Management Solutions

Salary: $275,000–$300,000 USD per year, plus bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead and develop an organization of approximately 60–70 engineering professionals, managers, and technical leaders.
• Define and execute the engineering strategy and technology roadmap for Asset Management Solutions.
• Modernize legacy applications and migrate capabilities to an integrated, scalable platform architecture.
• Guide technical decisions across architecture, integration, scalability, reliability, security, performance, and cloud platforms.
• Embed AI-enabled tools and practices across software development, engineering operations, and business-facing solutions.
• Establish engineering governance, quality, testing, release management, observability, production support, and performance metrics.

Requirements

• Deep experience with Buy Side OMS and asset management.
• Significant leadership experience in software engineering, application development, platform engineering, or technology transformation.
• Experience leading large engineering organizations with managers, architects, and software development teams.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, enterprise applications, APIs, Kafka, Java, C#, cloud platforms, systems integration, and modern software delivery practices.
• Proven success modernizing legacy applications and migrating technology capabilities to integrated, scalable platforms.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, influencing, organizational change, and AI adoption skills.
