Technical Courseware Developer (Networking)

Location: Onsite, primarily from an HPE partner or customer office

What you will do

• Design, develop, deliver, and maintain customer-facing technical courseware and learning content.
• Create training materials including concepts, tasks, installation guides, illustrations, video scripts, course modules, and in-product documentation.
• Develop learning content for HPE Networking cloud services, automation, and networking solutions.
• Translate complex networking and software technologies into clear, user-friendly educational content.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and subject matter experts to gather requirements and validate technical accuracy.
• Lead or contribute to courseware projects in an Agile environment and use AI-powered tools to improve content creation efficiency.

Requirements

• Onsite work is expected primarily from an HPE partner or customer office.
• 5+ years of experience creating technical documentation, courseware, or customer education content.
• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, English, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent networking certifications or experience.
• Strong technical writing, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Understanding of cloud computing, networking, automation, data centers, security, and enterprise software technologies.
• Hands-on experience with routing and switching, network security, network automation, virtual machines, containers, cloud services, XML, Markdown, content management systems, and courseware authoring tools.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for technical content creation.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA.
• Familiarity with HPE Aruba Networking or HPE Juniper Networking products.
• Industry-recognized networking certifications such as Aruba, Juniper, Cisco, or equivalent.
• Experience leading technical content or courseware development initiatives.
