What you will do
- Create and maintain guides and FAQs for external users and customers.
- Develop internal documentation for the knowledge base, including process and tool descriptions.
- Create and maintain user documentation with GPT, Claude, and other LLMs.
- Write and proofread UX copy.
- Help develop and implement documentation standards.
Requirements
- Ability to gather information and create clear, well-structured documentation for different audiences.
- Ability to explain technically complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- Excellent written language skills and strong attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and Markdown.
- Experience using AI tools to create and maintain documentation.
- English proficiency at B2 level or above.
