TL;DR
Business Analyst (IT Systems/Agile): Translating business needs into functional and technical requirements and supporting digital system enhancements with an accent on stakeholder analysis, process modeling, and requirements documentation. Focus on facilitating workshops, coordinating scrum-team delivery, validating solutions through QA and testing, and optimizing business processes.
Location: St. Louis, Missouri 63103; hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office

What you will do
- Coordinate with stakeholders to identify, clarify, and document moderate to complex business requirements.
- Translate business and design needs into functional and technical requirements for digital solutions.
- Facilitate interviews, workshops, brainstorming sessions, surveys, and requirements sign-off meetings.
- Create process maps, manage process-flow documentation, and lead process and system changes.
- Act as the Business Analyst point of contact for agile scrum teams and coordinate with product owners, scrum masters, vendors, business stakeholders, and software engineers.
- Perform quality assurance against specifications, support testing, track issues, and report the value of implemented automation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in mathematics, computer science, or business.
- Five or more years of experience with IT-related systems or projects, including Business Analyst experience.
- Three or more years of experience in a customer-service-oriented or IT-related field.
- Strong ability to analyze organizational data and complex problems, perform root-cause and gap analysis, and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate system and process changes to end users.
- Comprehensive knowledge of performance analysis, benchmarking, audit compliance, agile software development, and the development lifecycle.

- Experience developing professional presentations.
