Process Analyst

Location: Pensacola, Florida, United States; hybrid work with onsite and remote components

What you will do

• Analyze end-to-end business processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, redundancies, dependencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and subject matter experts, then create current-state and future-state process maps, flowcharts, and narratives.
• Design and document improved processes, evaluating controls, handoffs, automation opportunities, and operational performance.
• Perform root cause analysis and develop data-driven recommendations, business cases, value assessments, and ROI analyses.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and monitor results through metrics and reporting.
• Support benchmarking, change management, stakeholder engagement, and presentation of findings to leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in process improvement or business analysis.
• Experience with root cause analysis, problem-solving, process documentation, standardization, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in process improvement methodologies, process modeling, and workflow tools.
• Knowledge of business requirements gathering, performance metrics, KPIs, change management, and project management.
• Basic knowledge of data analysis and visualization, plus exposure to business case development and ROI modeling.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent training, education, and experience.

Nice to have

• Lean Six Sigma certification.
• Certified Business Process Professional (CBPP) certification.
• Certified Lean Practitioner certification.
