Client & Community Relations Specialist (Fintech)

Location: In-office position based in Jacksonville, Florida, at Collier Building (FL011)

What you will do

• Plan, execute, and track client and community relations activities, including events, sponsorship activations, philanthropy, grant-making, and employee engagement programs.
• Prepare internal and external communications for the Regional President office and local market.
• Support business strategies designed to drive revenue across hirify.global lines of business.
• Produce campaign and event tracking reports measuring return on investment and key initiatives.
• Oversee project budgets and coordinate the allocation of valued tickets to business partners, customers, and prospects.
• Coordinate local sponsorships, hirify.global Foundation grants, employee volunteerism, and engagement with early learning centers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience with event planning, project management, budgeting, communications, community management, and effectiveness measurement.
• Ability to manage risk and follow applicable policies, regulations, and ethical standards.
• Strong customer focus, decision-making, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Must work in the office in Jacksonville, Florida.
