Senior Community Specialist (Automotive)

Location: Flexible hybrid model; in-person interviews may be required for positions based in the Boston and Dublin offices.

Salary: $91,000–$113,000 USD annual base salary / On-Target Earnings.

What you will do

• Execute community-function strategy and manage programs aligned with business goals and company values.
• Support Employee Resource Groups with coaching, guidance, event planning, and escalation of themes to senior management.
• Coach and facilitate leaders as they address challenges and pursue strategic goals.
• Support charitable giving, volunteering, fundraising, and internal employee events.
• Build sustainable processes and partnerships that strengthen community contributions.
• Support external partnerships that help diversify future talent pools and lead cross-functional People & Talent projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in community, HR, or DEIB initiatives.
• Ability to plan, execute, and measure multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong presentation, problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience collaborating within a larger HR or People & Talent function, including knowledge of performance, career, or assessment practices.
• Experience supporting Employee Resource Groups and working effectively across cultural differences.
