Sourcing Manager - Indirect Materials

Location: Minneapolis, MN; onsite work required during standard business hours

Salary: $100,800–$165,600 per year

What you will do

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand objectives, analyze spend and KPIs, and support enterprise-wide sourcing decisions.
• Develop indirect-materials category strategies focused on cost savings, product standardization, supplier consolidation, quality, and service levels.
• Build strategic supplier relationships and lead sourcing projects from strategy and supplier selection through negotiation, contracting, and implementation.
• Apply total cost of ownership modeling and support complex commercial negotiations.
• Manage contract lifecycles, documentation, compliance, and spend under contract.
• Drive procurement transformation through process standardization, best-practice adoption, technology alignment, and change management.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in supply chain, operations, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of strategic sourcing and/or procurement experience.
• Extensive experience with complex commercial negotiations, strategic sourcing processes, spend analysis, contracting, and procurement technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to build supplier relationships, deliver measurable savings, and capture value within a category or portfolio.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, business judgment, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
