Sourcing Manager - Direct Materials (Biotech)

Location: Minneapolis, MN, United States; onsite work is required during standard business hours.

Salary: $100,800–$165,600 per year.

What you will do

• Partner with business stakeholders to align procurement strategies with organizational objectives.
• Analyze spend, KPIs, and total cost of ownership to support enterprise-wide sourcing decisions.
• Develop category strategies that improve cost, quality, service levels, standardization, and supplier consolidation.
• Build strategic supplier relationships and lead sourcing projects through strategy, selection, negotiation, contracting, and implementation.
• Manage contract lifecycles, compliance documentation, and spending under contract.
• Support procurement transformation through process standardization, technology alignment, and change management.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in supply chain, operations, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of strategic sourcing and/or procurement experience.
• Extensive experience with complex commercial negotiations, strategic sourcing, spend analysis, contracting, and procurement technologies.
• Demonstrated success building supplier relationships and delivering measurable savings and value capture.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, commercial judgment, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
