Lead Advanced Analytics (AI)

Location: Dallas, Texas; full-time onsite, five days per week. No relocation is offered.

Salary: $143,800–$215,800 USD annually.

What you will do

• Analyze large, diverse datasets using statistical analysis, forecasting, optimization, predictive modeling, and machine learning.
• Design and implement scalable end-to-end analytics and AI solutions, including data products, visualizations, workflow automation, and decision-support tools.
• Develop and operationalize Generative AI and agent-enabled solutions using RAG, MCP, A2A interactions, and orchestration frameworks.
• Build reusable data products, semantic models, data pipelines, integrations, dashboards, and production-ready analytics solutions.
• Lead analytics and AI initiatives from discovery and business-case development through implementation, adoption, and support.
• Partner with supply chain leaders, business stakeholders, data engineers, analytics teams, technology partners, and executives to deliver measurable business value.

Requirements

• Must work onsite in Dallas, Texas five days per week; relocation is not offered.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical discipline is desired.
• At least 5 years of experience in advanced analytics, data science, AI/ML, technology product management, software development, business transformation, or related technical fields.
• Hands-on proficiency with Python and/or R, advanced SQL, statistical analysis, machine learning, forecasting, predictive modeling, and optimization.
• Experience with modern data and cloud platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, AWS, Oracle, relational databases, and Power BI.
• Experience with production-oriented Generative AI, APIs, workflow automation, Git, testing, documentation, Agile methodologies, and SDLC practices.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting supply chain, logistics, demand planning, supply planning, procurement, inventory management, forecasting, or network equipment planning.
• Experience with prompt engineering, context engineering, MCP, agent tools, and single-agent or multi-agent orchestration.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving adoption of complex business and technical solutions.
