Pricing Sr. Associate (CDMX) (Pricing and Finance): Supporting pricing governance, financial planning, profitability analysis, and commercial evaluations for LATAM distributor markets with an accent on pricing processes, revenue forecasting, and Gross-to-Net analysis. Focus on developing business cases and financial models, monitoring accruals and commercial conditions, and ensuring compliance with pricing policies and governance requirements.

What you will do
- Support pricing processes, price approvals, annual reviews, commercial conditions, contracts, and pricing documentation for Mexico and LATAM distributor markets.
- Prepare pricing analyses, recommendations, business cases, financial models, revenue projections, and financial scenarios.
- Monitor pricing performance, profitability, rebates, free goods, credit notes, accruals, and contractual commitments.
- Support annual planning, budgeting, forecasting, Gross-to-Net analysis, and profitability assessments.
- Coordinate with Finance, Business Units, Value & Access, Customer Service, Commercial Operations, regional teams, and external distributors.
- Maintain compliance with pricing policies and financial controls, and support audits and documentation reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Actuarial Science, Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in pricing, finance, or business analysis within pharmaceutical, healthcare, or multinational environments.
- Experience with financial modeling, business case development, commercial contracts, pricing processes, or revenue management.
- Professional working proficiency in English is required and will be assessed during the interview process.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
Nice to have
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities.
- Experience with Gross-to-Net analysis, commercial conditions management, and accrual processes.
- Experience working across multiple countries and functions.
