Lead AI Agent Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Implement, administer, secure, and support enterprise AI coding-agent and developer productivity platforms.
• Move AI coding-agent capabilities from proof of concept into secure production environments.
• Build complex integrations, technical standards, controls, validation frameworks, and automation utilities.
• Provide technical leadership to engineering teams adopting AI-assisted development technologies.
• Operate production AI-agent capabilities across configuration, integrations, access controls, validation, troubleshooting, and ongoing platform management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing and administering enterprise AI coding platforms such as GitHub Copilot, OpenAI Codex, or comparable technologies.
• Experience building AI agents, custom assistants, agent tools, integrations, context management, orchestration, and multi-agent workflows.
• Hands-on Model Context Protocol experience, including MCP server implementation, authentication, authorization, identity propagation, credential management, and secure tool access.
• Strong Python, REST API, AWS, Amazon Bedrock, and cloud integration experience, including Lambda, API Gateway, ECS, IAM, CloudWatch, Secrets Manager, and VPC networking.
• Strong enterprise identity and access management knowledge, including OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, SSO, SCIM, RBAC, JWT, AWS IAM, Identity Center, and Active Directory/Entra ID.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Bash, Shell, or PowerShell scripting experience.
• Experience with asynchronous Python, structured logging, and Python API frameworks.
