2027 Sales & Operations Development Program (Starting June 2027) (Supply Chain & Warehousing)

Location: On-site in San Diego, California, United States; occasional travel to offsite locations and Dallas headquarters for orientation and graduation.

Salary: $28.00–$30.00 per hour for California, depending on qualifications and experience.

What you will do

• Complete a 12-month accelerated rotational program across warehouse logistics, sales, operations, and project management.
• Learn order fulfillment, receiving, stocking, staging, shipping, inventory, safety, facility maintenance, and working-capital processes.
• Build experience in counter, inside, and outside sales, including customer service, product knowledge, selling, and digital tools.
• Manage customer, sales, and vendor relationships; place orders, track shipments, coordinate billing, and maintain project communications.
• Review bid packages, prepare project quotations, and contribute to cross-functional business priorities.
• Choose elective rotations in product specialties such as automation, lighting, gear, datacom, or services.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; a four-year degree is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in industrial distribution, supply chain, business, or a related field preferred.
• External candidates with a bachelor’s degree must have a minimum 3.0 GPA upon graduation.
• 0–1 year of experience in a service, business, or sales-oriented role; relevant internship or co-op experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated professionalism, communication, interpersonal, teamwork, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in warehouse and office environments, handle occasional lifting up to 25 pounds, and use warehouse equipment safely.
