Senior Business Process Reengineering Lead

Location: Arlington, VA, United States. Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain a DHS Fitness Determination (Public Trust).

Salary: $150,000–$165,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead the assessment strategy and methodology for enterprise-wide operational assessments.
• Own the Operational Assessment Plan and ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.
• Guide culture benchmarking and present findings and future-state recommendations to agency leadership.
• Lead and mentor mid-level and junior specialists.
• Coordinate schedules and resourcing with the Contract Project Manager.
• Manage the handoff from assessment findings to implementation.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in business process reengineering, operating model design, organizational transformation, or management consulting.
• At least 5 years of experience leading engagements for federal agencies.
• Experience designing current-state assessments and future-state operating models for large, complex organizations.
• Expertise in process redesign, root-cause analysis, organizational health, culture, and change readiness assessments.
• Experience advising and briefing SES-level and senior executive stakeholders, facilitating leadership workshops, and building consensus.
• Bachelor’s degree and U.S. citizenship with eligibility for DHS Fitness Determination (Public Trust).

Nice to have

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, PMP, Prosci Change Management, or a similar certification.
• Knowledge of critical infrastructure security and resilience frameworks, including NSM-22, the National Resilience Strategy, NCIRP, and NIST CSF 2.0.
