Seattle Technology Audit & Advisory Manager

Location: Seattle, Washington, United States. Hybrid work combining local hirify.global office, client-site, and remote work; travel may include local or out-of-state client engagements.

Base salary: $114,000–$182,000 per year. Eligible employees may also receive a 12% annual bonus target.

What you will do

• Lead technology audit and advisory engagements addressing cybersecurity, cloud assurance, technology risk, IT general controls, data governance, privacy, and resilience.
• Assess technology risks and controls, develop audit deliverables, and oversee planning, fieldwork, reporting, and quality review.
• Advise clients on technology processes, AI, automation, analytics, and emerging technology risks.
• Build relationships with client personnel and senior executives, support proposals, and develop new business opportunities.
• Manage, mentor, train, and coach Consultants and Senior Consultants while coordinating engagement teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, information technology, cybersecurity, business, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in technology audit, consulting, assurance, risk and control programs, or a related field.
• Experience with IT audit methodologies, audit deliverables, internal control frameworks such as COBIT, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CIS, and ITIL, and Sarbanes-Oxley technology requirements.
• Leadership and direct supervisory experience, including performance reviews, mentoring, coaching, and work oversight.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with Visio and Access is also relevant.
• Professional certification such as CIA, CRMA, CISA, CISM, or CISSP is strongly preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, Python, or RPA solutions.
• Knowledge of enterprise applications such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics.
