What you will do
- Administer Oracle databases across development, test, and production environments, including installation, patching, upgrades, backup and recovery, and performance tuning.
- Design, build, and maintain Oracle GoldenGate replication to keep data consistent and current.
- Manage Oracle databases on Exadata, including patching, capacity planning, and performance monitoring.
- Deploy and operate Oracle databases in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Architect database solutions covering data models, high availability, disaster recovery, and capacity planning.
- Implement database hardening, auditing, access controls, configurations, runbooks, and recovery procedures to government standards.
Requirements
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
- U.S. citizenship required.
- Production Oracle Database administration experience, including installation, patching, upgrades, backup and recovery, and performance tuning.
- Experience with Oracle GoldenGate, Oracle Exadata, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure database deployment and management.
- Experience designing database architectures with data models, high availability, and disaster recovery solutions.
- Experience implementing database security hardening, auditing, and access controls to government standards.
Nice to have
- Amazon RDS for PostgreSQL experience.
- Edition-Based Redefinition (EBR) experience for online application upgrades.
- Oracle Label Security policy implementation experience.
