TL;DR
Talent Acquisition Specialist (Full-Cycle Recruiting): Managing end-to-end recruitment and subcontractor talent processes with an accent on direct sourcing, candidate engagement, and hiring manager partnership. Focus on building passive-candidate pipelines, optimizing recruiting operations, and using ATS data and reporting to improve hiring decisions.
Location: Anywhere in the USA; fully remote

What you will do
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define role requirements, search strategies, and candidate profiles.
- Source and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and networking strategies.
- Conduct introductory interviews, assess technical and cultural alignment, and support candidate engagement.
- Coordinate interviews, candidate logistics, offer packages, and onboarding activities.
- Support subcontractor vendors with sourcing, vetting, interviews, and specialized talent onboarding.
- Track pipeline metrics, report on recruitment progress, maintain recruiting documentation, and improve processes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, interviewing, scheduling, applicant tracking, and offers.
- 3+ years of experience using LinkedIn Recruiter to source passive candidates.
- Strong candidate engagement, organization, time management, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with ATS navigation, data maintenance, reporting, and EEO-compliant recruiting processes.
- Ability to manage workloads independently while supporting the broader recruiting team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Recruiting experience in a management or technology consulting firm.
- Experience with Lever ATS.
- Foundational Google Sheets or Excel skills.
