Distinguished Technologist - Enterprise Integration and Platform Native AI (AI)

What you will do

• Define hirify.global’s AI-first API strategy, API-as-a-Product model, lifecycle governance, and AI-ready API framework.
• Establish standards for enterprise integration, including APIs, event-driven architecture, messaging, microservices, and MCP.
• Orchestrate AI enablement across SAP, ServiceNow, Adobe, MuleSoft, and NOVA platforms.
• Lead AI/ML governance, privacy, risk, cybersecurity compliance, and AI board review processes.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, vendor solutions, partner ecosystems, and proofs of concept for enterprise adoption.
• Advise executive leadership, mentor architects and engineers, and drive cross-functional alignment and reuse.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, integration, and platform engineering.
• Proven experience defining enterprise integration strategies and API ecosystems at scale.
• Deep expertise in event-driven architecture, messaging, APIs, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience leading AI/ML enablement, governance, and platform integration in large enterprises.
• Strong understanding of SAP, ServiceNow, Adobe, and MuleSoft platforms and their AI capabilities.
• Ability to influence executive stakeholders and mentor senior architects and engineers.

Nice to have

• Four-year or graduate degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering, or a related discipline.
• Certification in Java, C++, Python, JavaScript, or a similar programming language.
