Incident Management Lead (Fintech)

What you will do

• Take direct accountability for raising, coordinating, and managing active incidents through resolution.
• Maintain, update, and continuously improve incident management processes, frameworks, and tooling.
• Coordinate internal teams, manage escalations, and maintain clear ownership throughout the incident lifecycle.
• Assess and communicate customer and business impact from technical incident data to support prioritisation and resolution.
• Analyze incident trends and post-incident findings to identify root causes, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to regulatory and operational framework reporting requested by relevant departments.

Requirements

• Proven experience in incident management, service management, operations, or a similar role.
• Experience owning and developing incident management frameworks in a growing organisation.
• Practical understanding of technical systems, APIs, integrations, system dependencies, and customer impact.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, prioritisation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage technical and non-technical stakeholders and communicate complex information clearly.
• Right to work in the jurisdiction where the role is performed.
