Channel Solution Architect (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Act as the primary technical advocate for channel partners and support partner recruitment and growth.
• Design and operationalize CrowdStrike-powered managed security service offerings with partners.
• Develop scalable, multi-tenant architectures aligned with partner delivery models, workflows, and go-to-market strategies.
• Build partner workflows, playbooks, automation, self-service solutions, demo environments, and proof-of-concept engagements.
• Create technical enablement plans for SOC analysts, threat hunters, incident responders, partner sales engineers, and other operational teams.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Sales, Support, and Channel teams to resolve partner issues and report technical blockers and enablement gaps.

Requirements

• Significant experience with modern security platforms and managed security services.
• Experience in a security-focused Solution Architect, Sales Engineer, or similar pre-sales technical role involving partners, channels, ecosystems, or managed services.
• Knowledge of areas such as cloud security, endpoint defense, agentic AI deployments, threat intelligence, security operations, incident response, endpoint management, identity protection, or operating system architecture.
• Experience developing technology partnerships, recruiting partners, expanding existing relationships, and supporting business development.
• Understanding of multi-tenancy, white-labeling, service packaging, and consumption-based licensing models.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 40%; bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

Nice to have

• Scripting experience with PowerShell, Bash, Python, or VBScript.
• Experience with SIEM, SOAR, or XDR platforms in an MSSP environment.
• Familiarity with multi-tenant security platform management and MSSP operational tooling.
